Hearing into ex Mumbai Police Commissioner Param Bir Singh's petitions seeking CBI inquiry into allegations against Maharashtra Home Minister Anil Deshmukh occurred today at the Bombay High Court. The Maharashtra government says that the ex-cop's plea is not maintainable. Param Bir Singh's lawyer adds that the content of the letter is the hardcore truth.
