For those who are neurodivergent, the world is a more challenging place to exist within. But when childhood trauma also happens to the neurodivergent person, the impact can be greater and more challenging to heal. This video will cover the impact of trauma (CPTSD) on HSP individuals (highly sensitive persons), otherwise known as sensory processing sensitivity (SPS) in the scientific literature. I will cover what HSP traits look like, give you a quiz to take to find out if you are an HSP, and also go over how trauma impacts your unique system and important ways to heal after trauma that is specific to the HSP individual.
