At the Future of Leadership Conference 2015 on "Vision Y: Achieving True Progress", Barry Schwartz, TED Senior Fellow, Psychologist and Professor at Swarthmore College, talked amongst other on the importance of purpose in life.

The Conference is orchestrated by the Future of Leadership Initiative (FLI), which brings together executives, smart young talents and thought leaders to investigate fundamental challenges of leadership in times of digitalization. In 2015, the FLI and its FLI Conference focussed on the topic of "Achieving True Progress".
