Pistachio Salad, also known as Watergate Salad, is super easy to make and tastes yummy. Watch for step by step instructions.
Recipe:
20 oz. can of Crushed Pineapple
Pistachio Jello Instant Pudding (3.4 oz box)
8 oz of cool whip
1 cup of chopped walnuts
1 cup of mini marshmallows
Mix above ingredients together.
Allow it to chill for at least one hour.
* You can serve with whipped cream a cherry on top if you like.
