Uruguayan rugby players Roberto Canessa and Nando Parrado recounted what happened in the 72 days they waited to be rescued, from enduring lethal avalanches to the group resorting to cannibalism in the face of multiple life-threatening circumstances. In this 1993 interview, they also described pivotal moments that were portrayed in J.A.
