Four Russian jail staffers were killed in a violent revolt by ISIS-inspired inmates at the high-security IK-19 Surovikino penal colony. Located about 850 kilometers south of Moscow, the prison saw a deadly riot when inmates pledged allegiance to ISIS, attacked staff with knives, and took hostages.
