Following a long period of technical issues and other stuff I have everything sorted out and my computer-generated audio files sound better than ever in my opinion. I plan to upload on a weakly basis now as far as possible. So here we go with the first upload of the new (hopefully) trouble-free period. This video also serves as a trial upload using all my new softwares, codecs, compressions etc so I might remove it in a few days if hasn't been processed well.
This is the theme from the Barbarian City screen of Heroes of Might & Magic 1, original piece by Paul Anthony Romero. This is one of the best game series ever made, or rather it was until a certain point. Heroes 1-3 were great, 4 was acceptable and the rest are shit. One of the things that make the games so great is the music and particularly the city screen music. Heroes 1 and 2 really excelled in this department and of these city screens the barbarian one from Heroes 1 is one of my favourites.
