Coconut Mango Chia Pudding Recipe
Ingredients :
- 1/2 cup coconut milk or milk of your choice
- 1/4 cup vanilla or plain yougurt
- 1/4 cup chia seeds
- 1/2 cup mango puree
- Honey or maple syrup to taste
- Mango chunks for topping
Method :
- In a mixing bowl add coconut milk or milk of your choice, vanilla or plain yogurt, chia seeds and honey or maple syrup.
- Whisk together until mix well.
- Then add mango puree and give it a good mix.
- Place in the fridge for 2 hours or preferably overnight.
- Transfer into the serving glass and top with the vanilla yogurt and mango chunks.
- Enjoy!
