Gluten-free lentil bread without psyllium without starch without yeast
Ingredients:
Lentils - 1 heaping cup, soaked overnight (240 ml cup)
Eggs - 2 pieces
Yogurt (100g)
Green buckwheat flour - 6 heaped tablespoons
Pumpkin seeds - 50=100 g
Seeds - 50 -100 g
Salt 1 tsp
Baking powder - 1 tsp
Soda - 1 tsp
Bake at 180 degrees, heating on both sides, for 50 minutes.
Psyllium 2 tbsp (optional)
