In this video, you will learn how to make mango sour. Mango sour can be a sweet, sour, or spicy condiment that is enjoyed with endless types of Guyanese or Caribbean food/snacks. You can dip pholourie, egg ball, potato ball, cassava ball, plantain chips, cassava chips, chicken foot, or endless amounts of food/snacks in mango sour.
Ingredients:
7 Cups Water
2 Medium Sized Mangos
6 TSP Sugar (or to taste)
7 Cloves Garlic
3 Large Pimento Peppers (This is optional)
1 Blade of Bandania/Culantro
2 Hot Pepper (or to taste)
5 TSP Salt
1/4 TSP Turmeric
1/4 TSP Ground Geera (Cumin)
