Vol'jin is one of the best heroes by far and you don't need to highroll to get huge stats. All you have to do is find any way to keep the stats permanently. There are quite a few ways: Felboar, Shellemental, Picky Eater, False Implicator. You don't need to be lucky to find 1 Felboar or Shellemental and often times you can find more than 1 way to keep the stats permanently and this game shows it
