Vegetables are full of nutrients, essential minerals and vitamins. Salads & raw vegetables are mostly associated with weight loss due to the high fibre content in them which keeps you satiated for longer.

✅ Start slow, include a small portion of salad along with lunch

✅ Better is to increase the quantity of cooked vegetables in the meal
✅ Take vegetable soups for dinner in place of salad
✅ Take steamed or roasted vegetables rather than raw ones
