Both these Legendary beast are literally called God-Zilla it literally says it in the name but only one can be called when it comes to these two beast Godzilla Legendary has defeated Mechagodzilla, Ghidorah and the MUTOS and none have been able to stop him and Godzilla Ultima has no rivals that can match him against any fight and has fought against Jet Jaguar and almost won, so I guess this should be less or an interesting fight between them.
