In a word, Attorney Nick Whitney is a tireless #Advocate.
Nick sat second chair alongside Attorney Greg Anderson in one of the most intense and grueling trials of the year, Kowalski vs. Johns Hopkins All Children's Hospital. After nine exhausting weeks, twisting through evidence and trial testimony which had, as described by Defense Counsel, "more landmines than the beaches of Normandy", the jury returned a stunning knock out punch, awarding the Kowalski family $261M and ruling against Hopkins on all 44 issues. After seven challenging years, Maya and her family had finally been heard.
Tuesday evening, let's meet Nick -- a kid from Nebraska who served his country as a Naval aviator after college, attended Harvard Law School and now serves as a USN Reservist & JAG lawyer when he steps away from the law firm of Anderson Glenn. He is also a devoted husband & father. His commitment, his integrity and his love of family were on full display as he represented the Kowalski family in this unprecedented victory. This time around, the roles are reversed and I get to ask Nick the questions.
