This Yema Cake recipe is one of our favorite cake! It's absolutely amazing taste of chiffon cake with a super-rich & creamy of custard filling known as yema. Yema is a combination of condensed milk and egg yolk.
This cake is ideal for any occasions like birthdays, anniversaries and a good business idea for home based earner by selling this best-selling recipe.
On this demonstration, we'll learn how to achieve a spreadable, PIPEABLE YEMA FROSTING and have our yema cake design!
*Ingredients:
1 ½ cup all purpose flour
4 tbsp corn flour
1 ½ tsp baking powder
6 large egg yolk + 7 egg whites
½ cup sugar (yolk mixture)
¾ cup orange softdrinks
¾ cup oil
1 tsp vanilla
1 tsp salt
½ cup sugar (white mixture)
¾ tsp cream of tartar
*For Yema Frosting
6 egg yolk
2 cans sweetened condensed milk (397 g)
1 can evaporated milk (400 ml)
1 tbsp corn flour (mix in 3 tbsp water)
3 tbsp butter
