In order to know if a flat roof that has already been coated qualifies for a re-coat you have to do what is called an adhesion test. If the adhesion test works the coating will not lift up. If the test fails it should pull right up and you will have to replace the entire roof with a new roofing system instead of restoring it and recoating it. 480.353.7578 jason@paynesons.com
