Crowds shouted: "You're full of s***, one rule for the elite, one rule for everyone else.
You're an entitled c***, shame!"
The PM's special adviser is facing calls to quit after it emerged he broke the government's own lockdown rules by driving to Durham in late-March.
It has since been claimed he travelled to the North East of England more than once and even allegedly took a third trip to the town of Barnard Castle – allegations Downing Street has refuted.
Public anger over the scandal, and the government's subsequent backing of the controversial aide, is threatening to boil over.
Video posted online shows a crowd of people shouting at Mr Cummings as he walked towards his London home.
One woman could be heard shouting: "My mum's terrified, my dad's had three shoulder operations... she won't even entertain me in her garden with a tent."
