Welcome to a special MTB edition of the BikeRadar News Show!
SRAM has released its most powerful mountain bike brake ever, the Maven. Spy shots have been posted online for months, but now we finally get to see what all the fuss is about.
The big news is the swap of brake fluid from DOT 5.1 to mineral oil. Equally big are SRAM’s claims about just how much power it offers. The numbers are wild!
Elsewhere, Scott has launched a new lightweight electric mountain bike, the aptly named Voltage. Based on the successful Genius, the Voltage features the brand’s signature hidden-shock frame design and TQ’s motor, but will it be electrifying to ride on the trail?
We also cover two new bike launches from Canyon and Atherton.
Which bikes and kit are you excited to see in 2024? Let us know in the comments.
