Clarice Starling is surrounded by darkness while Buffalo Bill stalks her from behind. He's done toying with his prey, so he goes to shoot Clarice, but his revolver's click goes off causing Clarice shoot Buffalo Bill to death, ending his reign of terror once and for all.
