Former Iglesia ni Cristo (INC) minister Lowell Menorca Jr. recounted his 3 months ordeal at the hands of allegedly top officials of influential religious group.
Menorca joined by his wife Jinky and lawyer Atty. Trixie Angeles in a press conference on October 25 (Sunday). Menorca recalled the series of events that led to his abduction in Sorsogon, to his arrest in Cavite, and his detention at the compound of INC in Quezon City. Menorca reiterated what happened was clearly kidnapped not an abduction.
The high court remanded the request, directing INC respondents to produce Menorca and 3 others before the Court of Appeals on November 3.
The ex-INC minister who was rescued earlier last week will file criminal charges against church officials he believed held him and his family captive for more than three months
