"The agreement included both the Gaza Strip and the West Bank, Palestine is one whole geographical area. The Zionist enemy did not abide by the agreement; they carried out a raid in Jenin injuring one citizen, and carried out another raid in Nablus where they arrested another two. They shelled Beit Hanoun this morning with artillery. Therefore, Al-Quds Brigades responded to this Zionist violation. When the enemy is committed to the agreement we will definitely be committed to it."

STORYLINE:
Israeli troops withdrew from the Gaza Strip as a last-minute cease-fire deal took hold Sunday morning, but two major Palestinian militant groups later fired volleys of home-made rockets into Israel.
Nasser A-Sha'er, Palestinian Deputy Prime Minister asked all groups and factions to commit to the ceasefire.
"Yes, it might be some time for these groups who need to talk to their people on their ground, but anyway there is a timing and every group should commit to this agreement."
However one Palestinian militant group said that their attacks were in retaliation to Israeli actions.
''Al-Quds Brigades responded to this Zionist violation. When the enemy is committed to the agreement we will be committed to it,'' said Abu Ahmad, a spokesman for the Al-Quds Brigades.
Video handed out by the Al-Quds Brigade allegedly show a rocket being launched into Israeli territory after Sunday's cease-fire agreement.
The truce agreement, if it holds, would be a coup for Palestinian President Mahmoud Abbas, who has been trying for months to end the violence in Gaza.
The two sides announced the truce late Saturday after Abbas telephoned Israeli Prime Minister Ehud Olmert with an agreement from Palestinian militant groups to halt rocket fire and other violence from Gaza.
Olmert pledged to end the wide-scale military offensive Israel launched in Gaza in June, less than a year after it pulled out of the coastal strip after 38 years of occupation.
Israel's launched its offensive after Hamas militants in Gaza launched a cross-border raid on a military outpost, killing two soldiers and capturing one other.
