How to handle the first question?

Introduce yourself/ take us through your CV/ how does your clinical experience relates to this job?

It can be phrased in any different way but they want to know about a snap shot of your qualifications and experience and how can they see you in the given role.

Importantly you need to throughly know your job and responsibilities, read through the job description in detail.

And then follow this simple rule;
1. How many years of experience
2. Qualifications in a nutshell
3. Current job responsibilities
4. Procedures
5. Quality improvement projects etc

Try to summarize it within a couple of minutes, sound confident and relaxed.
