350g chicken thigh
100g cucumber
2 tbsp tzatziki sauce
2 tbsp harissa sauce

Here's a high protein chicken and rice meal that I'm eating on my lean bulk. And that is this medeterian chicken bowl. Add these spices to your rice in your favorite rice cooker and then cut up your chicken thigh. I'm using this Za'tar seasoning that I got from costco, and trust me it's bussin. Add halfa tablespoon of oil and start frying your chicken until it's done. Once the rice is done, garnish with your sister's favorite vegitable and i'm also adding a couple tablespoon each of this trader joes Harisa sauce and Taziki sauce. And there you have a high protein medeterian chicken bowl.
