A very important part of a good boxing arsenal are body shots, more specifically, hooks to the body. When throwing hooks to the body, they should be done with good thoughtfulness, technique, and timing.
In this episode of Pullmanomics, professional boxing trainer John Pullman goes over how to throw hooks to the body, both in the southpaw and orthodox stance. He goes over the details of both a lead and rear hook in both boxing stances.
