Sunshine in a glass. 🌞🍊🥥🧂 This "Adrenal Cocktail" is my new favorite thing to start my day with thanks to @MitolifeOfficial.

It's really hard to know who to trust when you're seeking nutrition advice, but one guy who I've grown to trust over the last 2-3 years is Matt Blackburn. Why? Because when I do shit that he suggests, I feel better. Simple as that. I don't have time to do all of the research so I look to experts who are not bought and paid for to guide me. Do they know everything? No. But they know a hell of a lot more than I do and likely a lot more than *most* doctors too, who probably took less than 24 hours of nutrition instruction during their entire medical school careers.   
  
One thing he harps on is getting enough magnesium, potassium, calcium, and sodium in your body because -- chances are -- many of the issues you may be having are due to your bodies deficiencies (or imbalance) of all of those macro minerals. These essential nutrients and vital minerals can help support healthy adrenal gland function, hormone levels, nervous system, help you get more restful sleep, and provide a usable form of energy.  
  
"Drinking something like the adrenal cocktail (NOT green juice which makes your health worse) is an easy way to begin to restore balance to the entire system. People don't like that solution because it's too simple and they can't make excuses to not do it"  
  
Adrenal Cocktail Recipe:   
- Juice of 3 organic oranges (1/2 cup) 
- 14 fl. oz. organic coconut water (no sugar, just pure coconut water. @costco has a great organic option with no sugar added or any other BS. Also, the best tasting coconuts IMO are from Thailand.)  
- 1 tsp high quality sea salt. (Not Himalayan because of the metals in it. I like @redmondrealsalt)
