Novo Mesto (Neustadtl, Neustädtel or Rudolfswerth) is a city in the southeast of Slovenia, not far from the Croatian border and 60 kilometers southeast of the capital Ljubljana. The city is very picturesque, so it has quickly gained popularity and recognition among tourists.

Sights: The Kandija Bridge, Novo Mesto Cathedral, The Castle Graben.
