- Feet low and narrow: this will bias your quads!
- Feet in the middle: this will train both your quads and glutes ⚖️
- Feet high and narrow: this will help you bias your glutes. 🍑
The leg press is a great machine to build strong legs without putting too much pressure on our lower back.
