Did you try above method ? Change ringtone and open volume dashboard and play the music and then return to main screen?
try combinations, first change ringtone and play music at the same time and then while music is open, switch to main screen, it should be become normal, try vice versa kindly try each combinations above, after 10 time -20 times it must be ok but of-course although it succeed in my case, maybe it won't be ok in your case... please try hard ...
