Recipe for about 3lbs/1,5 kg chicken:
For the marinade:
- About 120gr/8 tablespoons
- 1 tablespoon fresh Rosemary
- Half a lemon/juice
- 2-3 cloves of Garlic
- 1 teaspoon Smoked paprika
- Salt and pepper
Preheat the Dutch oven on 230C/450F and cook the chicken in for about 40 minutes on 230C/450F. Saute the vegetables in a pan( we have used 1 medium beetroot, 1 onion, 2 carrots, 1 parsnip, a handful of mushrooms, cut potatoes, garlic and salt and pepper) and add it in the Dutch oven after the 30 minutes. Cook everything together for another 45-50 minutes, removing the lid the last 15 minutes to get a nice color on the chicken. Enjoy!
