Joker Transforms Every Villan into Animal, And To Stop Them, Batman Teams Up With Ninja Turtles

In this story, Barbara discovers four meta-humans as the Foot Clan is stealing a generator and engages Batman and the Teenage Mutant Ninja Turtles in combat as a result. They work together to thwart Ra's al Ghul and Shredder's plot to infect Gotham City with mutagen and the Joker Venom, which leads to a fight at Ace Chemicals. Despite being vanquished, Shredder makes it through the blast and now resembles the Joker.
