Tender and juicy chicken supreme spiced with curry powder and a hint of coconut charred grill to perfection. Easy to do and easier to eat! A must try!
CURRIED CHICKEN
Ingredients
7-8 chicken supreme
Salt to taste
½ tsp Tata Sampann Turmeric Powder
1½ tbsps Madras Curry Powder
½ tbsp ginger-garlic paste
10-12 curry leaves
½ lemon juice
¼ cup thick coconut milk
1½ tbsps oil
Cucumber slices to serve
Tomato chutney to serve
Method
1. Take chicken in a bowl, add salt, Tata Sampann Turmeric powder, Madras Curry Powder, ginger-garlic paste and snip curry leaves and add. Squeeze juice of lemon and add coconut milk and mix well. Set aside to marinate for 20-25 minutes.
2. Skewer the chicken on to soaked satay sticks.
3. Heat oil in a non-stick grill pan, place the chicken satay and cook for 3-4 minutes on each side or till the chicken is cooked completely. Transfer on to a serving plate and serve hot with tomato chutney and cucumber slices.
