“Expedição” brings you on a sonic journey you’ll never forget with Baski through his homeland of Brazil exploring jazz in every facet from fusion to avant garde to modal in a complex array of arrangements reminiscent of the 70’s electric era set forth by Miles Davis. Forever evolving & limitless in its potential, this project takes the genre on in a new landscape evident in tracks like the futuristic-ambient tinged “Carta” & “Pour Julia”

Inspired by greats from his country that came before him like Arthur Verocai, Airto, Hermeto Pascoal, & already drawing comparisons to Azymuth by legendary producers like Madlib, the future is nothing but bright for this 15 year old musical prodigy.

The Rucker Collective is a Grammy winning-multi platinum sound design/production company formed with the intention of delivering original sounds for producers/artists to sample that are hassle-free on the clearance side & to fill the void for fans of library music.
