I did 1 year of low-spend in two of the most difficult categories for me. Let me share what I have learned in this year, what I would tell anyone who wants to try out a low-buy or no buy soon and let's also calculate how much I have spent. I am pretty sure I spent less in these 2 categories - but what about in total? Have I spent more in other categories to make up for it? Let's find out.
(Btw, since 2022 is not over yet, the figure of my total expenses 2022 is an estimate but I am not planning on buying anything else this year except for some groceries - so max. plus 100 Euros of that number.)
