UCSF is thrilled to announce a new philanthropic partnership with Joan and Sandy Weill and their generous gift of a $185 million – the largest single donation in UCSF’s history. The video features the donors discussing the impetus for the gift and their aspirations for the impact the Institute will make on neurosciences research by finding new ways to treat, cure, and even prevent brain disorders, by advancing our current understanding of the brain.
