🧅Onion - 1 pc.

Mix everything well.
🍜Chicken broth - 500 ml. (2 cups)

Sauce:
🧈Butter - 40 g. (1.4 oz)
🍚Flour - 3 tbsp. without a slide.
Stir until lumps dissolve.
🥛Milk - 250 ml. (1 cup)
Stir constantly until thickened.
🧂Salt/Pepper - to taste.
The sauce is ready.
🥔Potatoes - 4 pcs.
Grease the potatoes with vegetable oil on top.
Bake for 1 hour 20 minutes at 180°C (356 F)

Minced meat - 300 g
Tomato paste - 2 tbsp.
Salt - 1 tsp.
Paprika - 1 tsp.
Pepper - to taste
Oregano - 1 tsp.
Potatoes - 1 kg
Boil until tender
Peel the potatoes
Grate
Cheese - 100 g
Pepper/salt - to taste
Mix well
Butter - 20 g
Flour - 1 tbsp.
Milk - 1 tbsp. (~240 ml)
Salt - 1 tsp.
Pepper - to taste
Nutmeg.
