Cheddar Ham Scones
1 cup all pupose flour
1/2 tablespoon sugar
1 1/4 teaspoon baking powder
1/2 teaspoon garlic powder
1/8 teapoon black pepper
1 teasppon salt
1 1/2 tablespoons green onions
1/2 cup grated cheddar cheese
1/2 cup grated unsalted butter
1/3 cup buttermilk (plus more for brushing
1 large egg seperated
3/4 cup chopped ham or added ingredient of your choice
Flaky salt for garnish (optional)

Glazed Lemon Blueberry Scones
1 cup all purpose flour
3 tablespoons sugar
1 tablespoon lemon zest
1 1/4 teaspoon baking powder
1/2 cup grated unsalted butter
1 egg
1/3 cup heavy cream
1 teasppon vanilla extract
3/4 cup frozen bluberries

Lemon Glaze
1/2 cup powdered sugar
1 1/2 tablespoons lemon juice
