Italian Beef Sandwiches Chicago Style With Leftover Roast Beef

This is the easy way to make Italian Beef Sandwiches
I will do another video making them from scratch. When you have leftover Roast beef, or in this case prime rib, this easy recipe is the BOMB!
Here is what you need:
Sliced leftover roast beef, in this case I made two sandwiches and used about ¼ pound of prime rib sliced thinly.
About ½ cup of good quality beef stock or broth
Add a pinch of oregano, garlic salt and basil
2 rolls, I buy French or Deli Rolls
2 slices of Provolone cheese
Giardiniera (mild or hot, available at World Market or Amazon if you do not live in the Chicago area)
Optional: sauteed red and green bell peppers or onions
