Bahar Shiraz Street is a street located in District 7 of Tehran Municipality, northeast of Haft Tir Square. Baharshiraz St. intersects Amiratabak St. (Soleiman Khater), Suhrawardi St., Baharshamali St. and reaches Shariati St. Spring Park and the City Museum of Photography are important places on this street.
Haft Tir Square, which was called the 25th of Shahrivar Square (the anniversary of the beginning of the reign of Mohammad Reza Shah Pahlavi) before the revolution, is one of the most important squares in Tehran, which is located in the 7th district. This square is connected from the south with Shahid Mofteh and Karim Khan Zand streets and from the north with Shahid Mofteh street, Bahar Shiraz and Modares highway.
The intersection station of line one and line six of Tehran metro, called Shohada Haft Tir, is located in the south of this square.
The area of this square is about 33,000 square meters and according to the report of Tehran Municipality, the whole square is to be turned into an underground field in the future by constructing an underpass.
The name of this square is related to the bombing of the office of the Islamic Republic Party on July 28, 1981.
