Did my best to explain how European Union laws appear in one minute. I've highlighted the role of each EU institution in all of this, specifically the European Commission, the council of the European Union and the European Parliament.
All in all, while the European Union is a very complex entity, understanding how things work isn't all that complicated if we know which European Union institutions are in charge of law creation.
