Doing an in depth analysis, comparing the old Avalon Hill classic "Patton's Best" to the newly released "American Tank Ace: 1944-1945". Patton's Best, released in 1987, was quite a complex game and not many gamers have had the patience to learn how to play it. American Tank Ace, the spiritual successor, aims to streamline and improve upon the old game. Has it suceeded in what it set out to do? What are the similarities and differences between these two titles? Are there any reason to own both of them? These are some of the questions that I hope to answer in this very in depth analysis. This video is my most ambitious project yet, composed after hundreds of hours of playing these two titles. I really hope that you will like it!
