This list ranks the highest completed skyscrapers and buildings in the Philippines.Buildings and skyscrapers included here stand at least 150 metres (492 ft) tall, based on standard height measurement according to Emporis and CTBUH. This has been shortened because there is a very high number of highrise buildings between 100 metres (328 ft) and 150 metres (492 ft) within the country.
1. GRAND HYATT MANILA also known as The Metrobank Center is a 318 m (1,043 ft) mixed-use skyscraper,located in Bonifacio Global City, Taguig, Metro Manila. It has been the tallest building in the Philippines since its completion in 2017.
The Metrobank Center is part of Federal Land's Grand Central Park mixed-used complex.The Metrobank Center is connected through a common podium with the Grand Hyatt Residences, a 45-storey condominium skyscraper.The complex has a second residential tower, the Grand Hyatt Residence South Tower which stands 50-storeys high.
The building's pinnacle height is 318 m (1,043 ft) while its height up to its roof is 250 m (820 ft). It has 66 counted floors.
The Grand Hyatt Manila is a major tenant of the building. The hotel has 461 guest rooms and occupies the top 25 floors of the building. It also hosts three major restaurants namely The Grand Kitchen, No. 8 China House, and The Peak. It also has meeting and events rooms covering 2,281 m2 (24,550 sq ft.
2.PBCOM TOWER
The Philippine Bank of Communications Tower, more commonly known as PBCom Tower, is an office skyscraper ranked officially as the second tallest building in the Philippines. It was previously the tallest building in the Philippines, a title it held starting year 2000 until the completion of Federal Land Tower in early 2017. It has a total ground to architectural top height of 259 metres (850 ft), with 52 storeys including an 8-level radio tower. It is a joint development of Filinvest Asia Corporation (FAC) and the Philippine Bank of Communications (PBCom). The building is the home of PBCom, one of the oldest Philippine banks. The bank occupies the building's first ten floors, with a food court on the seventh floor.
3.Trump Tower Manila, also known as Trump Tower at Century City, is a residential building located in Makati, Metro Manila, Philippines. The $150 million tower stands 57 stories high on completion.The building is located at the Century City mixed-use complex in Makati Poblacion. It is the third tallest building in the Philippines and second tallest in the Makati skyline.
4.The Gramercy Residences, also known as The Gramercy Residences at Century City, is a residential high-rise condominium in Makati, Philippines. As of 2016, it is the second tallest building in the Philippines. It is the first of several buildings built at the new Century City complex along Kalayaan Avenue by the Century City Development Corporation.
4.Discovery Primea is a 68-storey mixed-use residential tower and one of the tallest buildings in the Philippines located in Makati along Ayala Avenue. It stands on the former Gilarmi Apartments, one of the earliest urban residential condominiums built in the Makati Central Business District. JTKC, Inc. is the developer of the residential condominium and one of earliest developer of residential condominium units in the Philippines. The latter also owns the Discovery Suites, a service-apartment in the Ortigas Center business district in Mandaluyong.The residential tower was opened in 2015.
4.Shangri-La at the Fort
is a five-star luxury hotel and mixed-used building in Bonifacio Global City, Taguig, metro Manila, the Philippines. It opened on March 1, 2016, and is one of the three hotels managed by Shangri-La Hotels and Resorts located in metro Manila. It also hosts residential units
US-based Handel Architects is the design architect of the Shangri-La at the Fort, while GF and Partners Architects Co. is the architect of record. Manny Samson and Associates were the interior designers of the building.
5.Shang Salcedo Place is a residential building situated in Makati, Metro Manila, Philippines. It is located along Sen. Gil Puyat Avenue, Tordesillas and H. V. de la Costa Streets.The tower is situated along Sen. Gil Puyat Avenue, located at the Makati Central Business District.
