In this episode, I go out for a final shakeout run before running the 2019 Boston Marathon tomorrow (April 15th, 2019).
I've been injured for +/- 6 months so i'm still a little nervous about how the race will go. Today's run felt pretty good. I'M EXCITED!! 🥳
