This is the standard rotary dial phone that was used in Israel in the late 70's and early 80's. This one is stamped with the year 1978. The video demonstrates the working of its ringer: two electromagnets operate alternately, pulling a "seesaw" structure with a beam and a metal ball. The ball hits the metal bells on both its sides repeatedly and so they ring. There's also a small stopper at the bottom, that constricts the beam movement and enables "turning down" the volume.
