New album 'Stranger' out September 25 [ Ссылка ]

"This vocal take is one of the few times I’ve had a hard time getting through a song because I was getting choked up while singing. And it’s the take, with all its strange imperfections, that ended up making the album. I have an initial demo of this song right after I wrote it where my kids are singing along with me on the chorus by the end. You can hear them quietly in the background of the demo. While I was recording the song in the studio I could still hear their voices singing with me in my head, from a couple thousand miles away back at home in Austin and I felt like I was singing the song both to them and with them.
