HULLOOOO! part of ~adulting~ is learning when to not adult and just let yourself live and heal :,) so for today's lofting with linh, I'm taking y'all along some self-care activities I did over the course of two-ish weeks. I am a firm believer in practicing rest and self-care regularly rather than sporadically; it is important to integrate time to focus on your passions and hobbies, and it's far more sustainable for your well-being.
