I was able to gain access to a big rock full of Mussels and Gooseneck Barnacles also known as Percebes off the Oregon Coast at a place called Seal Rock! #shorts

Harvesting Rules:

1. Only 10 Gooseneck Barnacles can be harvested in Oregon with shellfish license

2. Only 72 Mussels can be harvested with shellfish license

3. Small hand tools are allowed, but try to not damage the Mussels and Gooseneck Barnacle Beds.
