Terence McKenna often spoke of "worker elves" when he discussed tripping on the psychedelic, DMT. While I understand exactly what he's talking about, I'm not crazy about the label, "worker elves". If I come up with a better term, I'll let you know. For me, they seem more like the Mayan or Aztec glyphs. In fact, my first encounter with one was in 2011. I was flying through a tunnel of light and out of nowhere, in my upper-right field of vision, Tonatiuh appeared; he's the god in the middle of the Mayan calendar. More about that experience to come.
