Chicken Steam Roast :
Ingredients:
Marination ingredients :
Chicken tikka 3
Red chili powder 1½ tsp
Salt 1 tsp
Vinegar 3 tbsp
Red chili powder 2 tsp
Oil for frying
Green chili paste 6 green chilies
Second marination ingredients:
Yogurt ½ cup
Vinegar 2 tbsp
Red chili powder 1½ tsp
Tikka masala 1½ tbsp
Ginger garlic paste 1 tbsp
All spice powder 1 tsp
Chaat masala for sprinkling
Fries for serving
Salt ¾ tsp
Oil as required
For garnishing
Chaat masala for garnishing
Fries to serve
Salad leaves for garnishing
French fries to serve
Method:
• Marinate chicken for with all the first marination ingredients and leave it for 2 to 3 hours.
• Then heat oil and fry this marinated chicken.
• Mix all the second marination ingredients in a bowl add in the fried chicken.
• Place these chicken tikkas in the steamer. Let it cook till it tenders.
• Glaze the tikkas with a bit of oil.
• Take out chicken tikkas from the steamer and place them in your srving dish.
• Sprinkle chaat masala on top.
• Garnish it with fries and salad leaves.
