Alex opened for Bridgit Mendler on July 22, 2013 at The Uptown Theatre in Kansas City! As soon as we heard about Alex opening we immediately bought tickets! As you can tell I this video we were only ones cheering, singing, dancing, and jumping along with Alex & Phil! You could say we stood out lol
After Alex's set we went & sat by the backstage curtain & then Phil came out said "Oh hi Kristen! Hey Sam!" And hugged us. We talked for a second & he said that he had to go to the mercy table but we should come with him. So we went & hung out there & the Alex came out said hi, hugged us, & took pictures with some girls. Then we went to watch some of Bridgit's set with Alex. After that we went back to the table & when the show let out Phil had gone backstage so I stayed & helped Alex at the table while Kristen went to get Phil. When the crowd died down we stayed for an extra 40 minutes just talking to Alex & Phil about... Well a bunch of stuff! After getting Alex's ripped shirt & eatting from Javier, we said our goodbyes, highfived Phil & Alex ran around the table to give each of us a hug & thank us for everything & promised to come back again very soon! This night was truly unforgettable & Alex put on a kickass show as always!
