Rosemary has a number of magical uses and medicinal properties and is associated with a wealth of fascinating folklore. In this video, I will show you four quick and easy ways to use Rosemary, and I'll share a few snippets of folklore and herb folk magic along the way.
It's not necessary to have a garden - you could grow Rosemary in a pot by your front door, or on a sunny windowsill, because as you'll find out in this video, doing so is believed to have certain benefits!
1. Rosemary tea
2. Rosemary-infused oil
3. Rosemary salt
4. Herbal Hair tonic
**Always be careful when ingesting herbs and remember that they can produce unpleasant side effects in some people.
